I Built LLHH Because I Lived Both Sides of the Problem.
I spent years successfully running large holiday homes across Europe. I know what it takes to manage a property sleeping 20 guests — the logistics, the expectations, the standards required. And I know exactly how it feels when a platform built for studios and spare rooms treats your estate as an afterthought.
My company was among the first in the UK to be verified and approved by Marriott Homes & Villas when they expanded to the UK — a process that tested every aspect of our operation against their global hospitality standards. Through a partnership with Privadia, we had access to over 300 large holiday homes and villas across Europe. We knew this market intimately.
Covid shut us down. It shut down most of the travel industry. But what it couldn't take away was everything I learned — about owners, about guests, about what was broken in how platforms served both. When travel came back, I came back with LLHH. Not as a first-time founder guessing at a market gap — as an operator who already knew exactly what needed to be built.

In October 2025 Airbnb raised its commission for professional property managers from 3% to 15.5% overnight — a 416% increase with no consultation and no alternative.
LLHH was already building the answer. A dedicated platform for large group holiday homes, managed by verified PMCs, at 10% commission.
We didn't build LLHH in response to Airbnb's decision. We built it because the large group market was always underserved and PMCs of premium properties always deserved better.
Airbnb's fee change simply made the case more urgent — and the timing more relevant.
