2.2 Payment: Payment for reservations is due according to the payment schedule provided during the booking process. Full payment is typically due 90 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other payment options as indicated on the LLHH Platform.

2.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy: LLHH’s cancellation policy varies depending on the property and booking agreement. In the event of cancellation, you may be eligible for a refund according to the specific property’s terms. Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and cancellation fees may apply.

3. Services and Amenities

3.1 Services Provided: In addition to accommodation, LLHH offers a range of premium services, including private chefs, chauffeurs, concierge services, event planning, and more. These services are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

3.2 Property Use: You agree to use the property solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the property’s specific rules. The use of the property must not cause any disruption or inconvenience to neighbours or other guests.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1 Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly during their stay. LLHH reserves the right to remove any guest who engages in disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour.

4.2 Damage to Property: You are responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay, including furnishings, fixtures, and amenities. LLHH reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged items.

4.3 Compliance: Guests must adhere to all house rules, noise regulations, and health and safety guidelines at all times.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Data Collection: By using the LLHH Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. LLHH collects personal data to facilitate bookings, improve user experience, and communicate with customers.

5.2 Third-Party Services: LLHH may share your data with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, concierge services) only as necessary to complete bookings or services requested by you. LLHH will ensure that third parties adhere to applicable privacy and security regulations.

6.2 Force Majeure: LLHH is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or governmental actions.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership: All content on the LLHH Platform, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of LLHH or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of LLHH’s intellectual property without written consent.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in London

8.2 Arbitration: In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter through arbitration before pursuing other legal actions.
