At LLHH, we understand that plans can change. To provide clarity and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy for bookings made through our platform:
Booking Cancellation Within 90 Days:
If you cancel your booking 90 days or more before your scheduled check-in date, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees (if any).
Bookings Cancelled After 90 Days:
For cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled check-in date, the full payment is non-refundable.
The total booking amount will be due, and no refund will be issued.
Changes to Your Booking:
If you need to make any changes to your booking (such as modifying dates), we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any changes to the booking price. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Force Majeure:
In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer flexibility in the cancellation policy. Please reach out to our team if you believe your situation qualifies for such exceptions.

TRANSPORT:
Van and Driver will be provided at no cost for bookings of 7 nights or more (fuel costs and gratuity not
included).
Van and Driver are available at a cost of $140 per day for bookings less than 7 nights (fuel costs and
gratuity not included). Airport transfers are $60 each way
If no driver is booked, there will be a $40 pre-stocking fee and a $40 shopping fee twice per week to
cover the gas of the chef who will use his own car to shop.
GRATUITIES :
For satisfactory service, 10% of gross rental during high season; 15% of gross rental during low season
to be given to the staff at the end of your vacation.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
$2000 paid on booking and refunded within two weeks of your departure if no damage has occurred.
