Booking Cancellation Within 90 Days:
If you cancel your booking 90 days or more before your scheduled check-in date, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees (if any).
Bookings Cancelled After 90 Days:
For cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled check-in date, the full payment is non-refundable.
The total booking amount will be due, and no refund will be issued.
Changes to Your Booking:
If you need to make any changes to your booking (such as modifying dates), we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any changes to the booking price. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Force Majeure:
In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer flexibility in the cancellation policy.
