Extra Costs
Please note the following additional charges for services and incidentals:
Damage Deposit: A pre-payment of 15,000 CHF is required for any damages. This will be refunded via bank transfer or card upon check-out.
Additional Damage Charges: We reserve the right to request an additional amount if damages exceed the guaranteed amount during your stay.
Advance Payment Amount (APA): A charge of CHF 250 per adult per day and CHF 150 per child under 12 will be added for incidentals. This amount must be paid upon booking or blocked on a credit card by the latest at check-in.
Drinks: Specific brands of drinks will be charged at an extra cost.
Food & Drink: Evening meals are charged separately based on your chosen menu.
Spa Services: A Spa Therapist will be present for 4 hours per day. Treatments will be charged according to the Spa Menu.
Night Shift Services: 1 staff member available for drink service at night, or on-call upon request.
Grocery Shopping: Grocery costs will be charged at cost price.
For any additional services, such as:
Multiple breakfast times,
Meals for external guests (e.g., ski teachers, dinner parties),
Extended menus (e.g., multi-course or gala dinners), we reserve the right to invoice for extra staffing and/or additional work hours.

At LLHH, we understand that plans can change. To provide clarity and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy for bookings made through our platform:
Booking Cancellation Within 90 Days:
If you cancel your booking 90 days or more before your scheduled check-in date, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees (if any).
Bookings Cancelled After 90 Days:
For cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled check-in date, the full payment is non-refundable.
The total booking amount will be due, and no refund will be issued.
Changes to Your Booking:
If you need to make any changes to your booking (such as modifying dates), we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any changes to the booking price. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Force Majeure:
In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer flexibility in the cancellation policy. Please reach out to our team if you believe your situation qualifies for such exceptions.
- An amount of 15’000 CHF must be pre-paid for any damages and will be refunded by bank transfer or card upon check-out.
- We maintain the right to require an additional amount during the stay if we observe any damages caused to the property, exceeding the guaranteed amount.

- This amount must be either paid upon booking or blocked on a credit card, latest upon check-in by card.

- Night shift (1 person, drinks service, can be on call upon request)
- Grocery shopping charged at cost.
For any additional services (for example but not limited to: breakfast served at multiple times); outside guests (for
example Ski teachers lunch, external guests, dinner parties); extended menus (for example multi course or gala dinners); we reserve the right to invoice and source additional staffing member and / or additional work hours. This will be clearly communicated during the stay planning by our reservation team or on-site house manager.
